Return and Refund Policy

At Aluxio Men, we offer exchange only — no refunds.

You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Note: Sale items, innerwear, and customized products may not be eligible for exchange.
